Exceptional

Most beautiful hotel in Egypt. Very quiet, perfect to recover. Wonderful atmosphere and located at an amazing place directly under the mountains with a private, very beautiful beach. The corals are also extraordinary beautiful to see. You can relax, make hikes in the mountains or enjoy the sea. The food is very tasty and manifold. I truly recommend this hotel in every way!

Everything was perfect reception(specially mr marco and mrs engy and mr isel front office manager ) ,rooms are so clean ,animation was so friendly specially heba, all the waiters and food are so good and f&b was so friendly and helpful.. i'm so happy with this visit , landscape and pool was perfect and the view so , i recommend this hotel for everyone thank you all

Great stay . Excellent value for money

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Mr Kirolos and Mr Aysam at the reception. Everyone was smiling and making sure that we are satisfied. Ambience, reef, pools and everything is great.

Amazing view

Great value for money. The view is amazing. We relaxed there and the staff is great. The food was not bad for the price. The reception was awesome. We like the shuttle bus.

Just paradise

Been to this resort loads of times over this past 7 or 8 years , try to get at least twice sometime 3 times per year, we like the peacefulness ,location , reef life , the staff are very friendly and can't do enough For you, food is great cooked local , rooms are clean and tidied each day , transport to Dahab town is free all day, wi fi is an issue , but who really needs it, if you are busy snorkelling are diving the local reef , weather is always warm hot, you sleep well and always come back relaxed, for anyone thinking about travel advice about going here , it is safer there than London , and that's coming from an X service man ,

My stay was good by the way but the hotel needs to be more comfortable in facilities and furniture

Staff and their welcome especially in the reception, and the beach was charming

There are alot of mosquito and flies so they should to fix it, and the hotel is less than to be four stars..the bed was in bad stone and the television wasn’t flat and they haven’t greeting water in rooms and poor room with furniture.

- the location is alittle far from down town - there was no water, tea or coffee in the room and when I asked about the water the reception replied that its only for all inclusive customers and I have to buy it from the bar

I will come back for sure

Everything was perfect , we took a sea view room and the view was amazing. The beach is beautiful not sandy for the kids but you can use the pont . Corals and fish colors are better than the blue hole for those who are into snorkling and diving. Special thanks for the waiters and the room service boys Reda, Ahmed and Mohameds for the friendly environment and the help with a smile. Although the beach is away 15 mins from the center but shutles were available to drop u there (i came with car so it was convenient ) .Rooms are clean. Food is good for the money value.

The receptionist Medhat was really unfriendly and we didn’t like the way he talked to is with. There were two small power cut.

The Beach is amazing;

The Beach is amazing; snorkelling is exciting when the beach has a lot of colourful fish and corals. The Pool is cool as well. The AC in the rooms is good.

The Staff are rude. They seem to treat us in a way that they didn't welcome us to stay. Breakfast finishes at 10 AM; at 9:59 AM, they start removing the food and drinks all of a sudden without giving a prior and polite notice to the guests if they needed anything else. Some of my friends' rooms had a lot of bugs and ants. The rooms could need a lot of pluming work. They couldn't even offer bottles of water in the rooms as a complimentary due to the hot weather of 40 degree C The idea of the shuttle bus is good. but the times of it are not suitable to stay out a long time. There should be a shuttle bus to the Blue hole that is 4 Km far.

I liked nothing about the hotel

The staff were so unprofessional in dealing with us. We had a clash the minute we arrived with the receptionist. I made a request on booking that the rooms can be close to each other and the receptionist said we don't reply those requests in a very rude way. The quality of the food was a disaster. I found flies and mosquitos several times on food in the buffet. Air conditions in one of the rooms was not working well. The smell of the reception was awful all the time. The sea there is deep and has no shallow areas to swim because it's full of rocks.

The access to deep sea is one of the best i had in hotels in...

The access to deep sea is one of the best i had in hotels in Egypt, just a few steps on a newly built stable (non-floating) platform and you're near -20, -30+ meters. No boat activity nearby - so its safe for snorkeling/ freediving. The reef is OK. Location near Blue Hole is a plus. Staff is friendly and smiling, this has improved a lot since last visit.

Old rooms and facilities, needs a refresh, especially after a price hike. No animation. Hotel has much more rooms with twin beds than double beds and the beds are part of the room structure - made in the way that you cannot move/ join twin beds to make a double one. Caused us 3 room changes until we got the double bed with the sea view (which we ordered originally). Luckily the staff was cooperative in providing the changes, but a hassle nonetheless. Be careful with the topic of twin/ double beds if it's important for your stay. Music at pool is way too loud during the day, and all sea view rooms have windows to the pool makes taking a nap during the day impossible. Recommend a sea side view if you want to have it better. Lack of fruit at buffet, food mediocre in general. Far from Dahab so the return trip on the taxi at night is hard to haggle, but there is a shuttle bus. Some egyptian guys, locals of hotel workers feeding fish and fishing from pier each morning even though its not allowed by law. Hotel needs to have better control of that.
